The Park Place, spotlessly clean, is a large 1 bedroom unit that is located close to the park area. It has 1 queen bed and a queen hide-a-bed in the living area, a full kitchen complete with microwave, stove, refrigerator, all utensils sand a charcoal grill.  It has a 3/4 bath, air conditioning, and includes a TV/VCR. Will sleep 4 comfortably. (Rates based on two people)  Additional People are $50 per week or $15 per night. Though the  Park Place  is not directly on the lake, you can see the lake and you do have full access to everything at the resort.  The beach is just a short walk away. Great as an overflow unit or for someone who wants to enjoy the resort and lake on a budget price. It is definitely better than a motel/hotel room! No Smoking.
